The rooms where nice I rented two one for me and a friend one for my mom and grandma. I went to go get food that night and left me key in my room by mistake. I only had my debit card on me when I got back so when I went to ask to get let back in the room she said I have to have an I'D. After telling her that I didn't have one but I have my debit-card with my name on it and she could look at the received with the same name on it. She insisted I had to have an ID I then asked what about the security cameras she could rewind and look in a lobby from an hour ago and see that I was just there checking in. She said no. I then had to go wake up my grandma and have her go to the Front desk with her ID at 12 o'clock at night. It's a nice hotel but staff should be more helpful.
They were having a lot of work done from hurricane damage. So review would not be fair.
Rooms were good but the sauna wasn't working the hot tub was Luke warm for the 2 days I was there.
We have stayed at many hotels however this one I have to say has been the best so far. When we first arrived the lady that helped us was very friendly and let us check in early with no problem. Even the house keepers were all nice, room was very clean and pool was great. My kids loved it. We will definitely be coming back.
Great customer service, price, pool, sauna, workout room, and breakfast. Comfy beds n the shower head was awwwesome!!! We enjoyed n liked our stay. Thanks Days INN
