Absolutely terrible people. Asked for a simple thing and got smart ass comments back. Very rude and very, very racist people. Came here before and got treated the same way but I told myself that maybe it was a bad day because I try to see the good in others but sadly, they're just very rude people. Horrible experience.
I had previously really liked this place so went back when I was dining set shopping. Had found what I wanted and went to them because of good experiences in the past. This time I got chairs and found that one leg of each chair has a "leveler" (foot) on the bottom. If it's going to have feet on it have feet on it. Not just one leg. The manager was extremely rude when I wanted to get replacements or my money back for them, going as far as saying "it's people like you..." without knowing one thing about me. He has finally agreed to order a new set of chairs that will hopefully be made properly. Will NEVER go back.

After a pleasant visit with a lady in the store about 2 weeks ago I was told they had a sleeper sofa that would be in the following week. So I phoned and spoke with a man who I know to be the owner and I was told they had the sofa in and it was real nice...lifetime warranty..etc...Told him I would drive to Portland and take a look on my day off. So went in today about 20 min to close...told the man I had called and what I was looking for.
He proceeded to flip thru a catalog..I told him I didn't want to see a picture and asked if he had the sofa..he tossed the catalog on the desk and said it was in another warehouse..and he couldn't possibly keep everything at the showroom....and If they showed it would I actually buy it....Yes actually I would likely have purchased it...that's why we drove the truck over..that's why I waited for 2 weeks from my first conversation there...that's why I called first....Is cash okay ??? But now...I'll take my business elsewhere as should anyone who reads this. Unless you like paying for poor customer service with a full serving of rudeness...then that's your spot.
Went in and bought 2 twins beds with the rails and took all but 20 minutes had 2 guys load it for me, the owner helped pick out what I needed (I was on a budget) and gave me the best price after shopping around for about a month. Kids love their beds and that makes me happy!! Thank you for the great service!!
