If more businesses had EXEMPLARY Employees like these two fine individuals, one...businesses would grow bigger and two...shopping would be a calming experience as it is EVERY time I have ever shopped there. Their level of EXCELLENCE has NEVER changed whether I have gone in to browse, spent $50, or $1000. Keep up the GREAT work you guys.
Excellent people and service. Whe. We lost everthing to HARVEY thd manager here was kind, compassionate and generous when helpin us replace e beds for entire family of 12. Provided us deep discounts on bunk beds, opportunity to win a set, which we did, and when we couldnt pick up our items due to our vehicle being destroyed, manager delivered our items to us free of delivery charge.
Dan and Gabriel were the absolute best!!! I found a bedroom set and klick klack that I wanted but kept changing my mind before I made my final decision. Dan was wonderful and didn't show any type of impatience when I wanted to make last minute changes. I really appreciated that. Great customer service with good prices.
Ive been to several furniture stores in my life, my worst experience is conns with super leachy salesmen coming up to you bugging you every second. My family and i lost all of our furniture due to hurricane harvey and these guys did amazing work helping us out. Prices were already very low they went down even lower. Bought a full bedroom set cash it was too good to pass up. Very friendly group of guys and gal. The loader even asked me if i would like a cold water for the road. Two thumbs up and 5 stars for sure.
