I wish they had negative stars. The manager Eli is unprofessional and condescending. I paid for a complete car wash with all carpet and seats. It was $130. I got ready to leave and looked at the seats and they hadn’t even been vacuumed. They dirt was still there. I was told it would take 1 1/2 hours to clean completely and when they were “done” it was well over 2 hours. I wanted a refund of only the seats not being cleaned which was $45. He refused and argued with me for 5 minutes in front of other customers. I wasn’t asking for a refund of all of it just for seat shampooing (they were not even vacuumed) he then told me they were not done cleaning it but had told me they were before I complained. He talked in circles to try to confuse me. I feel very disappointed in the cleaning service but mostly disappointed in his costumer service. He could have at least been pleasant when trying to belittle me. (He asked me repeatedly if I’d ever been to a car wash before) It was an awful experience and I’ll never spend another penny on this business.
Great customer service, staff had great attitudes. Oil Change was faster than any other place I've been to, plus I got a free wash. Highly recommend this place!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND V.I.P. - 5 STARS.
I had VIP put tires on my car. Later I found out one of the tired have the lug nuts cross threaded the charged me for all 5 nuts $10 a peace, and only 3 broke. They would not except any of the responsibility. They were very rude and shady. They keep telling me conflicting storing. When all was said and done the owner Pete charged me $252 for something that was their fault. And they did a vary crappy job. I'd give 0 stars!
First of all... Pete the owner gives people free stuff and then ask them to put a good review on goggle. He also flirts with all the girls, he has a girl I've seen her.
Very professional staff, great prices, they fixed my A/C for less than half the price any place in town. They've been doing my oil changes for over 7 years. I'D GIVE YOU MORE THAN 5 STARS! A/C FEELS BETTER THAN WHEN I BOUGHT THE CAR!
Most guys were polite, but one particular man was inappropriately rude & tried to make me buy windshield wipers from them for $35 when I just had new ones put on 20 days ago for almost half that price! He finally failed my inspection on a 2012 dodge pickup for a gas cap! Went to another inspection station & they passed it without hesitation. They said nothing was wrong with the gas cap!
