Didn't have my size tires and kinda felt like they were trying to poke my eyes. They were quick assessing my tires but I had to drive off with my donut to find a place that had my size tires.
I had new tires put on my truck and asked for balance for all tires. Well, no balance was done but of course I was charged for it! I bounced the entire distance to Arkansas! Had to have tires balanced when I got home. Horrible service and will never go back! Be warned! Choose other tire shops!
The employess are very nice. Can be too busy at times but that's typical. I have used them for years and never had a problem.
If there was no star then I would choose that!
Wonderful service like always, came in today for a nail in my tire and while I was there took care of the rotation and balance. Customer service was awesome they were really really busy and had me out in 1hr and 20 mins which is not bad with the amount of people that were already there in front of me. Keep up the good work
I can't say enough about the amazing customer service here. I was driving through Portland with a low tire pressure light, and pulled in to get it checked. They found a nail and repaired it at no charge! Everyone was great from the time I was greeted until I left in a much safer car ❤️
