Overall they arn't bad units and my case may have been isolated. Good price for the location and they have an online coupon for 1/2 off first months rent.
I liked these units, they lady at the desk was always very nice and helpful.
However after having 2 units over a 6 month period I moved out. Upon moving out mice/rats had chewed into my plastic storage bins and there was pee and poop in the back of the unit. Luckily they were unable to completely get through to my things but still I just felt like everything was dirty ya know? When I mentioned it to the desk lady she said that it was probably due to the field behind my unit. (Both of my units were inside btw) However there wasn't anything she could do for me. I did see her put rat/mice poison in the unit that was chewed after I left. I wish they had the rat trap boxes though that I have seen at U-haul storage units.
Oh, one improvement - they need a bigger sign! It was almost impossible to find when I first went there and hard for my friends to find that helped me move. Also let your renters use the darn dumpster.
