Cass "real estate" more like cass "no thanks". This place is hecking awful.
If I could give zero stars I would. They will rent you a home with severe safety issues like mold, ALL windows caulked shut, and rusted sinks. Then after you disclose your concerns, they will retaliate against you and do anything and I mean ANYTHING to keep your deposit. Rent or buy from someone else. They are conniving and unethical.
