If you like to bring your own water or Gatorade while playing tennis good luck. They're so greedy that they won't even let you bring it in and you have to buy it from the pro shop for 3 dollars. So not only are they making money off the tennis tournament itself they're also making a lot more due to the rules that they have put in place. I have never even heard of a club that you can't bring your own drink on the courts. The courts are also really fast so if you like wasting money and playing on fast courts this is the club for you.
Built here 14 years ago, fee's have gone way up and service way down. We quit the CC 6-7 years ago when mandatory monthly spending was forced. Also the menu became a lot more expensive and the food choices became much more limited. What a bad choice to build here. Don't build in CC domain, our HO fee's don't help the average person. Maybe if you golf or play tennis, if not you over pay and have many restrictions.

The course is very well maintained and provides a challenge, also the back nine has a great view of the gulf . The only downside is the fee they charge for those who just ride and not play.
