I went to Humpal Physical Therapy after a very poor experience with Concentra. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and they put you at ease. They at times are hilarious and laughter does help heal. I had injuries to my neck, back, shoulders, ankles, ribs and more from a bad wreck at work. It took some time and some hard work but I am pleased to say I will return to full duty at work this week. If I had to point out any negative aspects, hmmm I honestly can't. There is a post about a patient doing excercises by himself, that was me, my last couple visits some easy basic stuff I would grab a timer and do em myself, and I was proud to come so far I could. I came in on crutches. And i can walk, run, & jump,If you honestly need help and you want to get healed, this is the place. If you want to run a scam or refuse to have a real life again and put in the work to get better, well there's always Concentra...
Im going for a back injury the exercises they make me do are for my arms nothing for my back they also make my back worse. I say go find a different place for therapy this is not the place.
I won't go back!

Jed and crew at the Portland facility are awesome! They've helped us get back to work and a normal life more than once.
Physical Therapist is ok but you never have the same person with you. No one on one monitoring in gym area, you are not explained what they are going to do for your therapy in gym. How are you doing, can I get you something? Not. When initial appointment is made you are not advised it will last two hours.
Absolutely the worst place to go if you are injured from the back! They made my back worse than what I walked in with. I'm assuming they guess what you need instead of knowing what you need. Don't go here!
