Would give a 4, but it seems the theater only responds to positive reviews, and not ones with any qualms, and that's biased customer service right there.
Overall, it's a decent small town theater (Yes, Portland, you're small), prices are generally the same for concessions at any other theater, which makes sense since they have only a handful of screens.
Customer service from the young folks has been fine (high school / early college), you can tell they're nervous and just want to do their job.
Some folks are picky, I get it, but the fact there is zero engagement to concerns is glaringly fishy.
Love this theater. True, theaters in Corpus have premium seats, but this theater is always clean. We live in Rockport so this is closer than Corpus. Ticket prices are fair. Just waiting for the Rockport theater to reopen
Theatre was nice. Popcorn good. Enjoyed movie. Nice friendly staff
Some of the older workers seem a bit jaded, but not rude.
Been going there since they opened!!! Love going to the movies there... Staff is great, premises are always clean and no offensive odors... Concession is great.. Esp the Tuesday's free popcorn....
This is a great independent theater. The staff is nice. The place is kept clean. The concessions are good (except the Pepsi products) and offer some unique options. Free Popcorn Night is every Tuesday; just bring your own bowl.
