Walked in this afternoon, no greeting at all, walked around another 5 minutes looking at selection (no prices shown); looked around for help, received none at all, walked out. Wanted to support a local business but won’t support poor customer service.

I enjoy coming to Wavefront the doctors are excellent. When I have questions they answer and explain so I have full knowledge of what's going on.
It's close to where we live and the staff and doctors are wonderful. The place is always clean and beautiful. I highly recommend them!
Dr. Nguyen had great energy and explained everything well. Staff were nice and accommodating. They offer a few frames on special without the use of insurance. Relatively broad selection of frames otherwise. Plenty of well-trained staff members to help keep appointments on time and running smoothly.
